Saturday it started raining about 4:30 a.m. and didn't stop until about 2 p.m. There were storm warnings and tornado watches. We had just over 2 inches of rain at the RV park. We were to have some high winds but never did. The worst of the storms went north of us.
This morning we had winter. When Vern got up it was in the mid 50s a couple hours later when I got up it was in the mid 40s and windy. The temps kept dropping and the wind kept blowing and before long it was snowing. Yes, it snowed here this morning. The ground was warm enough so it didn't stick. Vern decided he was going to walk in the snow. He was in his winter coat, earmuffs, gloves, and a ball cap to keep the snow off his glasses. It was 37* and windy. I stayed in where it was nice and warm. The snow has stopped, but it is still windy and we are still getting some rain showers. It is to be like this all day.
