Thursday was cold and windy and you didn't really want to be outside. We didn't have anything planned for the day, so we decided to go to Jacksonville to a RV Show. We hoped most of the exhibits were inside. Well, about a 1/4 of the exhibits were inside. We saw RV's priced from about $17,000 to over $600,000. We were walking and going up and down stairs for over 4 hours. One of my favrates was a 5th wheel that put the living area in the upper level and the bedroom at the back. It made the living area separate from the galley area. The bad thing with the 5th wheel is the galley cabinets. They are so high I can hardly reach the bottom shelf.
Vern had his DMACC jacket on today and while we were looking at a RV, someone came up and said "Des Moines Area Community Collage" jacket. We both looked around at this guy and he said he was from Des Moines. We all laughed and said it was strange to see someone from Iowa there, let alone someone from the same area. Small world.

Just got caught up on your blog. Sounds like a wonderful time in Florida. Wish I were with you. I have been under the weather all week and a little Florida weather would have helped !!! Of course we haven't had snow for almost a week and no snow in the forecast for the next week. Could spring be just around the corner ???
