WALLABY'S/PIZZA PIT

I didn't tell you about what happened when we were at Wallaby's. We were waiting for our food when I looked out the window and saw a Pizza Pit delivery car pull into the parking lot. Vern joked they were delivering pizza. I said he was just coming to eat. Boy, was I wrong! He got in the back seat and pulled out 3 or 4 large pizzas and came inside and gave them to the bartender. We looked at each other and laughed and joked that maybe we shouldn't eat our food. About that time our waitress came by and said our food would be out in a few minutes. We asked her if someone had ordered pizza. She said the manager had said something about ordering pizza, but she didn't know if he had. We told her Pizza Pit had just delivered pizza. Then we joked with her asking if the food was that bad that the staff wouldn't eat it. She said no it was just that they got tired of eating the food there. Our food was great when it came and we had a really nice time. It does make a good story.
